It won’t be just a new look and a new name when Grapes Wine Cafe and Market opens Jan. 29. Chef Lenore Nolan-Ryan has totally rebooted her Fort Lauderdale business.
In the same space on the oceanside Galt Ocean Mile that just a few months ago was her eponymous Catering and Cooking School she is now debuting Grapes, which will be a boutique-y boîte with dishes served on vintage china with heirloom cloth napkins and sterling silver cutlery.

When the pandemic left her beloved cooking classes and popular catering services on the back burner, Lenore Nolan Ryan (pictured left) decided to turn back the clock. She missed cooking for friends, and her desire to entertain and bond with customers remained palpable.
