Offers chef-crafted, weekly menus with an enticing array of fresh, nourishing and delicious food with three Meal Plan options: Comfort Meal, Healthy Senior and Fabulous Fit, making doorstep delivery accessible.
All Meal Plans are all allergy conscious and specific to clients’ needs and dietary restriction.
Lenore’s also hosts private, non profit and corporate digital events. along with uniquely designed events for off-premises catering services within clients' homes and businesses.

Lenore Nolan Ryan - Founder / Chef

Celebrated chef, Lenore Nolan Ryan began her career at 19 with a brunch restaurant in Indianapolis. In the late 70’s, she moved to San Francisco, fell in love, duplicated her brunch and opened a neighborhood restaurant, catering company, wine bar and retail market called, “Ryan’s”.

Returning home in 1999 to her native south Florida, Lenore conceived of and then opened her first Florida eatery, Lenore's -- Lenore Nolan Ryan Catering & Cooking School, an inventive and inviting culinary destination in Lauderdale by the Sea in 2000.
In 2016, Lenore moved her business to the Galt Ocean Mile. As 2020 presented the challenge of a new normal, she conceived signature Zoom options: Themed destination dinners featuring original tapas, interactive happy hours with winemaker tastings and virtual cooking classes.

Among her many offerings, Lenore also hosts private, nonprofit and corporate Zoom parties, along with uniquely designed events for off-premise catering services at clients' homes and businesses. More importantly, all events are imbued with Chef Lenore's irrepressible joie de vivre as she expresses her passion about food and her love of entertaining with some of South Florida’s finest.

inspired destination gatherings to include tapas, happy hours, winemaker pairing and tastings and virtual cooking classes. Lenore’s also hosts private, non profit and corporate digital events.
These uniquely designed events can also be utilized for off-premise catering services within clients' homes and businesses.

More importantly, each event is imbued with Chef Lenore's irrepressible joie de vivre as she expresses her passion about food and her love of entertaining with some of South Florida’s finest.
